Out of nowhere, I am getting this message:
Warning: Parameter 2 to WPE\Site_Preview::the_posts() expected to be a reference, value given in /home3/sowens/public_html/salsbyvictor.com/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 287
I deleted almost all my plugins and got rid of some of these. Deactivating the remaining ones does not remove the error. Can you please help?
June 9, 2020 at 6:57 pm #1220924Hi – Anyone able to help with this? I have seen this issue in other places, but as I mentioned I deactivated all plugins and still no luck.
June 10, 2020 at 6:00 am #1221042Hi,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.5) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,

June 18, 2020 at 10:07 am #1223633Hi,
Thanks for that. The login details don’t seem to work though:
Error: The password you entered for the username *my name* is incorrect. Lost your password?
Please check and verify.

June 19, 2020 at 6:02 am #1223952Hi,
Thanks for that, I got in now. I see that you have an outdated version of PHP on the server, could you try to update it to 7.2 or higher to see if that helps please?
