Hello,
I have just this moment purchased the Enfold theme and attempted to install it on my local wordpress site.
I keep getting this message ‘The link you followed has expired’
Can someone please help me understand why after paying $70 the link to my theme has expired and how I can rectify this problem. The project I am working on is time sensitive and this is a really disappointing setback.

Where exactly are you getting that message and what are you trying to do when that occurs? If you want a refund then you would need to contact Envato support.

This message appears when I attempt to upload my theme’s .zip file to WordPress under the ‘Add new’ -> ‘upload theme’ function for themes.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Are you uploading it from a local file? I’ve never heard of that happening before to be honest with you.
Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, if you can upload the package you are trying to install somewhere where we can access it then that would be great too.

Thank you for getting back to me.
I’m attempting to install this theme on a local WordPress site on my Mac. I’m not sure how I would be able to provide you a temporary admin login and login url as the site has not been hosted yet?

I have edited my Php.ini file to allow a larger file upload limit as I have read that some themes are higher in file size than the maximum limit.
I have done this successfully and I no longer receive the ‘The link you have followed is expired’ message.
Wordpress tells me:
‘Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed’Could you advise me as to why the theme I have paid for and downloaded is missing a style.css stylesheet?

YigitI uploaded my enfold.zip file via dashboard successfuly. Then started installation but at the end of I receive the same error message:

I think it would be better if you contact your hosting provider directly with the information in this thread, they should be able to help you out with the necessary changes.
