    Hi there

    Weird problem – but for some reason, I can only put links into my text from the text-mode of the text box – not from the visual mode. It’s only on this site, I see this, so I guess it’s som kind of error – and actually also pretty annoying, since it’s hard to teach clients to use the text editor whenever they need to link to something :-)

    Any idea, how I can fix this?

    Thanks for the login, is that happening when you use a text block in the Layout Builder? If so then please try updating to the latest version of the theme (4.4.1): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    Hmm… I can see it runs with 4.0.5, but even when I check manually, it says I’m running the latest version. So how can I update without erasing the entire site?

    Hi,

    Did you try to update manually? You will find instructions on how to do that in the link I posted. Not all server environments are compatible with the automatic updates unfortunately, if you want to dig deeper into why you are not receiving them then you could try contact your hosting provider. They might block traffic from Envato for instance.
