    Hello Kriesi Team,
Thank you for your strong support team and replies to help our websites.

The Fullwidth Easy Slider not working,
Where it once was is now just a blank space instead when clicking “edit element”
I have updated the theme, deleted the Slider and re-installed it however there is still just a blank space.
I have also deleted the cache and refresh but to no avail, kindly please advice.

Please check motorinsurance.capstone.com.sg/home there should be a slider at the top of this page.

    Hi,
Sorry, I was not able to login as the user name is not listed and the wp user name didn’t work. The goal was to check the File and Folder Permissions
Typically when /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is getting a 404 it is due to permissions or a webhost firewall, please check with your host if they have one in place. Also check that your are use PHP version 7.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Good to hear you upgraded to php v7, but you are still getting a 404 on /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php please check with webhost for any error messages in the error log.

    Best regards,
    Mike
