    Hi,

    I am using the events calendar and events calendar Pro. If i deactivate “The Events Calendar Pro” and use only “The Events Calendar” free version the mobile month view is perfectly fine. As soon as i enable “The Events Calendar Pro” i see white screen only with no events. I have deactivated all plugins and kept only two plugins “The events Calendar” and “The events Calendar Pro” and the issue is clearly with your theme. When i activate “The events Calendar Pro” version and i don’t see anything on mobile, while i can see events when i use twenty fifteen theme.

    Note : I have tested same two plugins with twenty fifteen theme and mobile view is perfectly fine. Only your template is not accepting activation of “The events Calendar Pro”..

    I can share login details if needed. Please fix this for me.

    Please find Site URL in private content area.

    Regards
    Aadil

    Hi Nikko,
    same issue here:
    Using wordpress 4.9.8. Everything is ok up to “The events calendar” pro 4.4.29.2.
    We then tested the following versions (for example latest release 4.4.31) in our development environment with the result that no events are displayed in the mobile view (List view). Same problem using the parent theme from enfold. So it can’t be due to settings or rules in the childtheme (functions.php or style.css).
    If we activate twentyseventeen or another theme, everything is ok and the events are displayed.
    May be helpful to have a look at the following thread (TEC Forum):

    I send you the access data in the private area

    Hi,

    Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    @media only screen and (max-width:768px) {
      #tribe-events-content {
        overflow: visible;
      }
    }

    @Aadil I have already applied this on your site and enabled Events Calendar Pro.
    @Jörg and @Hans-Gerd, let us know if this works on your end as well.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
    thanks a lot for advice.

    I just ran my first tests. It seems that at least the events are shown. However, we have another problem, which also occurred after the update of TEC: In the mobile view, the mobile menu (hamburger) is shown for the first time. If you then select another menu item, the mobile menu disappears.

    I will investigate this further (in the afternoon), but of course I would be happy about a tip.

    Best regards,
    Hans-Gerd

    Hi Hans-Gerd,

    I have checked it and the menu beside the logo isn’t present in those pages unlike in home page or normal pages.
    I switched it to the parent theme and the mobile menu works fine, probably there are some modifications you made in the child theme that’s causing this.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
    thanks for the information.
    Now the mobile menu on the development environment works at least at the events, but not on the other pages. I couldn’t find a reason yet.
    I am surprised that the child theme works with exactly the same files in the live version, but after updating TEC there seems to be a conflict between enfold and TEC. For this I had copied the complete childtheme.
    It’s also strange that the slider on the main page doesn’t always work in the mobile view. That has not been changed either.

    Best regards,
    Hans-Gerd

    Hi Hans-Gerd,

    I noticed you have 3 child themes, can you try to move the 2 outside of the themes folder and just leave 1 child theme, some people have issues having multiple enfold theme or child theme in that folder.
    Try to switch to the parent theme: Enfold and you should notice it works fine.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
    thanks a lot for advice and patience.

    I have just moved 2 child themes outside the themes folder – but unfortunately without solving the problem.
    I’ve just noticed that even if the parent theme is activated, the mobile menu is only shown the first time. If you then select an option in the menu, nothing happens. So there are similar problems as with the child theme.
    I downloaded the complete parent theme again and replaced it via FTP (binary)
    I also looked at this in the developer tools of Chrome, but couldn’t find the problem. Maybe this is also due to the error messages shown in the developer tools.
    I have now activated the parent theme on our development environment.

    Best regards
    Hans-Gerd

    Hi Nikko,
    seem to be an issue regarding with “performance” of enfold:

    After disabling “CSS file merging and compression” and “Javascript file merging and compression” it seem to work fine.
    However, this would not be an ideal solution in terms of performance.
    Unfortunately, only the problem with the slider, which does not always appear, remains.

    I’ll run more tests next days.

    Best Regards
    Hans-Gerd

    Hi Hans-Gerd,

    I checked it again, seems like an issue with caching.
    The slider also didn’t load when I tried but after disabling all plugins and enabling them again, the slider works properly on my mobile device and didn’t have any consistency.
    As for the menu it’s probably the same thing, though it worked properly on my end when I first tested and after checking few times with my phone.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
    thanks again.

    I checked it again and after disabling “Javascript file merging and compression” in “performance” it seem to work fine.
    Indeed, seems like an issue with caching. Now I have activated WP Rocket and Autoptimize.
    In the next days I will check this further, also regarding performance (GT Metrix and Pingdom tools).

    If there are any problems, I will get back here.

    Thanks a lot and best regards,
    Hans-Gerd
