    Hello,

    – The contact form no longer delivers messages to the addresses configured on my ENFOLD sites.
    It’s very annoying because my customers no longer receive messages!
    Could you tell me what to do?

    – On the other hand, on the latest ENFOLD themes installed, there’s a bug with the title blocks :
    Spaces between words are not taken into account when entering text. I have to copy/paste to get spaces between words.
    Could you tell me how to proceed?

    Please try the suggestions out here for the contact form problem: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-

    Problem with spaces; did you try deactivating all plugins to see if that changes anything? What you are describing is not a general problem with the theme.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Did you try the suggestions listed in the link I sent? For example; is your WordPress installation able to send emails at all? Does it work if you use a plugin like Contact Form 7?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not asking if you deactivated any plugins though, I’m asking if emails are delivered if you use a plugin like Contact Form 7 instead? And are you receiving emails if you request a new password from WordPress? It’s all in the documenations I linked to previously.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, the problem is not theme related then. Please try to reach out to your hosting provider and let them know that your WordPress installation is not able to send emails.
