Text formatting two colums

Hi

How can I do the formatting so it looks like on this page?

I managed to make it look similar with a 1/1 Text-Block for the headline, then a centered separator, and 2x 1/2 Text-Blocks below the headline, all together in a color section. But still it looks so different (larger space between the colums etc…).

Please help me how to get there. I would like to have it exactly the way it is on the example page in the link above.
