I´ve got a registred copy of Enfold, but I´m unable to update it (the URL isn´t right, I´m told.)
I try to log in, but nothing happens.
I try to get a new password, but I´m told that the system doesn´t know me (!)I´m sorry to bother you here at Pre Sale, but there simply isn´t another way to contact you guys…

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If you need your support account reset then let us know in which name/email you have registered it.
