    I bought a set of templates on your website, and I installed it myself, using my purchase codes : 3a97eb2f-5b1d-444f-bc2f-afe6c7873fec But the template for this site cannot be activated。

    Another question I have is why my blog page only shows 3 entries. I clearly set to display 10, but only 3 are displayed, where is the problem? https://jointcharger.com/blogs/

    Hey polaris chow,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    I bought a set of templates on your website

    What do you mean by “set of templates”? Did you purchase the “Enfold” theme? If you’re having trouble setting up the theme, please check the documentation below.

    // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/

    To import the demos, please refer to the page below.

    // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/

    For the blog entries, try to edit the page, look for the Blog Posts element in the layout builder, then adjust the value of the Posts Number field in the Styling > Pagination panel.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    I solved the blog display issue myself. But there is a new problem here, without logging in to admin, browsing as a tourist, the background color of the PC side of the website I set is not loaded. Log in to the background of the website, browse as an administrator, and the website displays normally. I have never encountered such a situation, I hope you can help me solve it as soon as possible,thank you. what do I need to provide? Image screenshot upload link:

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If you are seeing different results depending on if you are logged in or not, then it’s most likely a problem with caching. Please try clearing all caches, or deactivate caching altogether. Also please try to toggle the File Compression and Delete old CSS/JS files settings under Enfold->Performance.

    Best regards,

    My blog chooses a grid, why is it displayed like this again? What is the reason for this? https://jointcharger.com/blogs/

    It was normal before like this: https://prnt.sc/NqXSsinHtg9R

    It has become like this for the second time. I didn’t do anything, next thing I know what is causing this problem? I need your help, thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We reset the options in the Settings > Reading panel to default. The home and blog pages should be set in the Enfold > Theme Options panel. We then adjusted the Enfold > Blog Layout options a bit to display the posts on a grid.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. That is likely not a theme problem, could you share the error logs with us please? Also, is your WordPress installation able to send emails?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
