I bought the Hospital & Doctors plugin from Envato but it’s incomplete.
It is possible to have exactly the pages and menus, in other words everything I see what I see and the contents of the following link:

Do you mean that you imported a demo, and that you are missing some content? If so, then which content are you missing exactly?

I bought your “Hospital & Doctors” plugin from Envato, but I haven’t been sent all the pages and menus as seen in the Application Preview. Instead I need exactly what you see in the proof. I am not very young (75 years old) and I am not a very experienced programmer, so please help me.

very simple. I need to have the theme exactly as it is set up in the following link:

When I bought the plugin from Envato, I thought I had the application as I saw it
in the Preview. Instead I only received the plugin.
If I have to set the Theme above it takes me months because I am not an expert programmer.
I just have to change the headers and a few more things.
If you can help me, I would be very grateful to you. In this case I would send you the access data to the site.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure which plugin you are referring to, could you try to explain exactly what you have bought on Envato please? If you check the medical demo on our site, you will see that it doesn’t look the same as the link you provided: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-medical/. We can help you out with importing the demo, but we can’t customise a site for you unfortunately.

Envato has provided me with the plugin, but not all of the theme, menus and pages I see on their site and in the link I wrote above.
I can do a bit of customization too.

The main menu of the application that I indicated in the link is the following
1- Home
2 – List of doctors // 3 – Alphabet of doctors (from A to Z) Sort
4 – List of hospitals // 5 – Alphabet of hospitals (from A to Z) Sort

9 – Categories // 10 – Category tree // 11 – Search bar // 12 – Cities
I also have the screenshots.

Thanks for the update. If you are looking to change the main menu of your site, you can do that under Appearance->Menus, and if you need to create new pages, then you can do that under Pages in the WordPress menu. I’m still not sure which plugin you are referring to, since we only sell the Enfold WordPress theme, no plugins. We can help you out with problems in the theme, but not with basic tasks like organising menus and creating pages.

Thanks for the update. The link that you posted is not created by us, so I don’t know who has created that page. I would recommend that you import the medical demo, and customise your site based on that. Also, I’m still not sure which plugin you are referring to, if you would like to clarify that a bit.
