I attempted to update a page that contains a list of employees, each with a profile created using the Team Member shortcode. The page had already been populated with a number of these profiles, and I was adding one. However, I found that each time I added a profile, the element below the new Team Member profile was deleted. This is very problematic, and I am not able to continue working on the page because I do not want to continue losing elements.February 3, 2015 at 10:34 am #389940
Thank you for using Enfold.
Did you add any html codes on the page? Make sure that you close the tags properly. A link to the actual site and a screenshot will help.

The website (http://webbed.ease.com/wp-login/) is not loading. Please check. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to check. Please switch the builder to debug mode so that we can see the actual shortcode when we check the page: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Which of these pages are you working on? I created a test page (http://webdev.ease.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2720&action=edit&message=1) then added a few team member elements, updated the page a few times and everything is still intact. No contents are being removed. Did you add any html codes on the page? Make sure that you close the tags properly.

I deleted the page that was being problematic and created a new one with the same URL. So it’s irrelevant at this point. If I have more issues moving forward, I will update here.February 6, 2015 at 12:17 pm #391952February 13, 2015 at 7:30 pm #395972
I saw the same problem this week with Team Member elements in columns: I had entire team member sections disappear, and randomly-generated (empty) links added to individual cards.
Turning on debug mode, it became clear that [/av_team_member] codes were being stripped from whichever item was edited. Adding those back in returned the page to a workable state. I’ve not managed to pin down a set of actions which trigger the bug, but there’s definitely something odd going on with those close tags being stripped.February 15, 2015 at 10:05 am #396304
Thank you for the info. Do you have a test page that we can check? I’m sorry but we can’t reproduce the issue on our installation.

I’ll try to set up a test page for you – might take a few days, sorry, I’m fighting rolling deadlines!February 16, 2015 at 12:31 pm #396642
