    Having an issue with team members’ biographies not displaying. see the link in private content; why are the bios not displaying? i’ve rebuilt them using new elements, but nothing seems to work. Michael’s is not showing, and Eric’s shows intermittently.

    I have updated and seems they work fine.
    Not sure why but I just moved them around and they worked, so you should be OK now!

    Hi charger70,

    There seems to be an issue with some text symbols, I put slashes in front of them and the descriptions show up now. The one was “industry’s” changed to “industry\’s” and the other one “third-party” changed to “third\-party”.

    Hi,

    Yes, symbols such as apostrophes break the shortcodes so you have to escape them or avoid them as much as possible. Looks like this is fixed.Let us know if we can close thread. Please feel free to open a new thread if encounter the issue again. :)
