    I edited an image within one of my tabs and after the update the tabs started displaying incorrectly with the tabs moving from the top to the right and the window enlarging in size. All the formatting within the tabs is incorrect. The effect has spread across all the tabs on the site. See example towards the bottom of the page . https://enzie.com.au/spiral-staircase-range/classic/

    Hey Williamenzie,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    We can see the following error in the console, which is generated from the minified scripts.

    Did you install a third party compression plugin? Please disable it temporarily and see if it changes anything.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply, I didn’t act quickly as I thought it was a minor problem. I’ve now got a much bigger problem that a a deconstructed version of the menu now appears at the top of the page with a dark grey background.

    You are right that I was running Hummingbird Pro but I have now disabled all its compressions and then reset it to factory settings. I have also reset all setting in Enfold theme and re-uploaded CSS files to the server but it hasn’t fixed the problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Are you running a child theme? If so then do you have a header.php with customisations to it in there? If that is the case then please try to overwrite that file with the parent header.php file and add your customisations back after that. If that is not the case then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    HI Rikard,

    Thanks for that.

    I don’t believe that I am running a child theme nor am I aware of customisations to my header.php. If you could take a look that would be greatly appreacited

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I added this to your Quick CSS and that fixed the problem:

    #mobile-advanced {
      display:none;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard
