    Hello,

    I would like to get to your attention a small bug in the newest release of Enfold theme. The tabs set with “Initial Open” option to “0” (all tabs closed) are ignoring it displaying the first tab.

    Is there any fix for this issue until a new update of the theme is released?

    P.S: I’m using WP 5.0.1 and Enfold 4.5.1

    No, this does not sort out the issue. I deactivated all plugins at once. It’s a development server. The tabs still shows up.

    I’m under payed support, is this how long it takes for the issue to be looked at? Nobody even bothered to take a look. Why I’m throwing my money on support in this case?

    Hi,

    First if all, we appreciate your patience and your understanding as we need to go through all the tickets. The problem is that when you post inside your ticket again and again, it goes last in the que and then we miss it. That is why it takes time to get a reply.
    Unfortunately there is no quick way or fix for that, we are really close to release a new version that fixes maintenance issues, so we appreciate your time and patience.

    So what do I do now, I post a reply or keep quiet to stay on top of the queue? lol

    I never heard of such a system that when you actually post a reply you go to the bottom of the que. What is that – a punishment? You don’t handle tasks based on hard facts – days since a ticket was open, gravity of the issue, etc.?

    Does the next theme update fixes this issue with the tabs or you’re not sure if it will make it to the next patch?

    P.S: I understand that the last WP 5.0 patch created a bit of problems and a lot of support tickets are being created but at least you can have someone replying that you’re looking into the issue, etc.
