Hi,
I’m using the tab section layout element with the settings of “auto adjust to content”. It was working fine yesterday but today there is a large blank space underneath the tab section and the next element. A colleague has confirmed they see the large blank space too and we’ve tested on different browsers with the same result. Can you please explain how to stop this blank space from appearing?
November 10, 2021 at 2:29 pm #1328508Hey aestheticare,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,

I’ve updated the theme but that didn’t help. Details added in private.
Thanks.
November 11, 2021 at 5:40 am #1328593Hi,
Thanks for the update and login details. I see the problem on the page you linked to if I’m logged out, but not when logged in. That would indicate a caching problem. I tried clearing the cache from your plugin, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Could you disable it temporarily to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 11, 2021 at 10:34 am #1328634Hi,
I’ve deactivated the plugin but it hasn’t made any difference from what I can see.
Thanks.

November 12, 2021 at 5:22 am #1328720Hi,
This problem is caused by the Performance & speed setting in JetPack, when that is turned off it’s working as it should. If you need further help with the setting in that plugin, then please reach out to JetPack support.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 12, 2021 at 10:35 am #1328768Thanks very much for finding the root cause!
