This is not a pre-sale question. It’s just very tough for me to find out how to submit a question on the forum. My head is spinning trying to locate a button to do so.
My responsive options are not working properly. I can see that they are working better on the actual customization tab that I can see (although still not perfect). But they are not showing up on my iphone or my android galaxy 7 the same as they are appearing on my screen in wordpress.
The images are just not good sizes on the mobile tablet or the phone. The text on the slider and in the store FREE Shipping are not looking too good. Can you help so that these items can look right on mobile?
Also the search icon and the shopping cart icon are under the logo on mobile and it does not look right.

Looks like you’re trying to wrap the caption in a transparent background, but you’ve attached the background directly in the image and you’re expecting it to respond or resize along with the caption. Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. You should apply the caption background using css. Start by moving the rotator inside a 1/1 column element, then apply a background color to the column. And if you want the transparent background to have the same width as the color section, we can adjust the section container with css.
