    Hello,

    We cannot login to the support website. Tried it many times but to no avail.

    Our question is about Facebook blocking our site with the Enfold theme.

    We ran the FB debugger tool, and here’s what it said:
    Reject insecure SameSite=None cookies – Chrome Platform Status
    Deprecate and remove the use of cookies with the SameSite=None attribute but without the Secure attribute. Any cookie that requests SameSite=None but is not marked Secure will be rejected. The Stable version of Chrome 80 is targeted for enabling this feature by default. This feature is available as of Chrome 76 by enabling the cookies-without-same-site-must-be-secure flag.

    We have enabled cookie sent messages in the theme’s privacy and cookies settings.

    Sorry for the late reply. What exactly is being blocked by Facebook? Are you unable to share things from the site?

    Hi Damon,

    Sorry for the late reply. The site is returning a 200 response code which is correct, you can check that yourself here: https://httpstatus.io/. Does the same thing happen if you switch to one of the default WordPress themes?

    I can’t post my html on Facebook or Messenger and have no clue why. The auto response is it is against community standards.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. You would have to bring that up with Facebook then, it has nothing to do with the theme you are running.
