I included the “DigitalOcean Spaces Sync” plugin in my production website. After that, all color scheme configured in the enfold started to have no effect. I disabled all the plugins (including DO Space Sync) and even then the error continued. I exported the theme settings in my development environment (which is ok) and included in the production and the problem continued. When I access enfold settings > general style > everything looks okay.

    Please help me!

    Hey 2waybrasil,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Please check the folder permission of the wp-content > uploads > dynamic_avia folder. It has to be set to 777. The plugin is use to sync the media files so it probably altered the default folder and file permissions.

    Best regards,

you’re correct, the plugin has changed the permissions folder.

Then I recursively set dynamic_avia folder with 777 permission:
    chmod -R 777 .
    but the problem continues.

I tried reimport theme options but it did not work.

Thank you for the update. I tried to connect via FTP but the login credentials above are not working. Please check it carefully.

    Best regards,

I created an ftp access now

The wp-content > uploads folder is empty. Where did you transfer the images or the media files?

    Best regards,
