The pastebin code fixed it for me on both mobile and all desktop browsers.
Simply putting “https://” or “http://” in the Link field does indeed go to a blank page in Chrome. The above code will allow you to use “#” in the Link field.
One note to all this.
The sub menus don’t appear under one Menu link but they do appear in another menu link with identical properties.

Hi,
I’m sorry but what do you mean by ” menu link with identical properties.”
Best regards,
Ismael
If you go to http://www.tempnet1.com on your cell phone and then go there on your browser. You will see that some sub menus work and some do not on the mobile menu but they all work on the browser.
Thank you
Brad
Identical properties means that I created all the menu and sub menu items the same way. So there is no variation in the way I created them. So that removes one variable.
Okay. Since every solution provided does nothing. How much would it cost to redevelop the theme to make it work. I just don’t have time to re-install a new theme and hope that it works.
Please advise.
Hi,
I checked the site and there are empty mega menu columns or they are used as an actual menu items. I know that this option used to work before but they’re not going to work on the new menu script. Please don’t treat the mega menu columns as menu items. Use it only to separate complex menu group in the mega menu. You need to restructure the menu and add a sub menu item to the empty mega menu columns.
Please create a new thread and post the url to the site with the login credentials. We’ll check it there.
Best regards,
Ismael
