The burger menu doesn’t support html in columns to create menu image links, you need to create a sub item under it as a page & check “description” from the “screen options” at the top of the Menu page.
Your code in the description box would look like this:<a href="https://www.cityshine.org/who-we-are-charity-ngo/"><img class="aligncenter size-square" src="https://www.cityshine.org/new/wp-content/uploads/cityshine_staff_thumb.jpg"width="180" height="180" /></a>

July 19, 2017 at 1:32 am #823573I resolved this way.
The problem was to use this “#” symbol to make no links to the main column of the menu. I removed this “#” symbol and I entered this: “https: //” and it returned all to normal, it works perfectly.
I hope I’ve been useful to someone.July 19, 2017 at 1:41 am #823577Hi,
@giorgio_betagrafic, thanks for sharing your solution, and Thank you for using Enfold.Best regards,
MikeJuly 19, 2017 at 12:02 pm #823894Hi,
I did the tests and I saw that desktop and laptop work just fine with FIREFOX but not with CHROME and NEVER WITH SAFARI.
Now it’s URGENT that some of the technical support comes alive to solve the problem.

@giorgio_betagrafic can you please add a screenshot of the difference between Firefox and Chrome? I believe it is working for me in Chrome for windows.Best regards,
MikeJuly 22, 2017 at 6:20 pm #828427Hi.
I have a Mac computer wiht macOS Sierra v. 10.12.6.
If I use the (#) symbol with Firefox works good, but in Chrome and Safari open an empty page (white).July 24, 2017 at 9:57 am #828929Hello I work on Windows (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and iOs (Safari, Chrome),
and “#”, “#?something” and “https://” don’t work on any browser for me :(July 25, 2017 at 7:25 pm #829750I just noticed that in Chrome (Windows) the “https://” linked to about:blank instead of no link at all in Firefox. So I had to go back to “#” and “Always display submenu items” on mobile devices. Sorry, this is just annoying.
July 27, 2017 at 7:05 am #830469Hey!
The columns are not displaying because they are empty. The new menu script will not render empty mega menu columns or columns that do not contain any sub menu items.
Cheers!

August 5, 2017 at 4:04 am #834566Hi,
@Klaasbaas1983: That is the default layout. Could you please provide a screenshot of the layout that you’re expecting?@Arne: The mobile looks fine when I checked it. Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue?

IsmaelAugust 5, 2017 at 10:33 am #834682I wish I could show you the layout that I’m expecting, but that’s the very reason I’ve opened this ticket.
I want my submenus to show as before the update to 4.1.1I understand (or I actually don’t understand the rationale) that it doesn’t display the colums if they’re empty.
Isn’t there something I can do to fix this? For desktop: menu should show all pages in a mega menu horizonally
For mobile: menu items should show verticallyI’ve provided Rikard with login to my website. Perhaps you can help me?
I’ll send the creds to you if needed. Thanks for your help!

For desktop: menu should show all pages in a mega menu horizonally
For mobile: menu items should show verticallyIn the mega menu item, create a column for each image.

August 12, 2017 at 4:26 am #837708Hi,
@wizard247: Great! Glad it helped. If you have the time, please edit the js > avia.js file, remove everything then replace it with the following code.// https://pastebin.com/qmubdK8n
Purge the cache or hard refresh before checking the page.

IsmaelAugust 17, 2017 at 5:07 pm #840509Thank you all. The code suggestion works…but not on iphone7 (haven’t tested others) now. iphone 6 and others is ok. Anyone else having this problem? It appears to be related to the megamenu sub menus not showing their sub menu. If not megamenu then the pull down shows and works . Is there any tweak to this fix that will allow it to work on iphone7 also? Thanks in advance.
August 22, 2017 at 5:49 am #842304Hi,
@solostrength: Could you please provide a screen cast of the iPhone 7 issue? Please remove browser cache or hard refresh after adding the script modification above.Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 24, 2017 at 9:50 pm #843712Experiencing same issue. Tried the pastebin JS. Commenting to follow for solution.
