    Hi,

    I tried re-downloading and installing the only wordpress only files and it still does not install.

    Can you please log into my wordpress and install the enfold shop theme along with all the demo content?

    Hi,

    Can you please try using google chrome or a different browser?

    Please see private content link that should bring you right to the wordpress login page.

    Hi,

    It’s working today. I tried installing the theme but the server is very slow and seems to time out before the installation is done, please try to install the theme via FTP instead: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    If you need help with that then please include FTP login details in private.
