We love Enfold theme, so we purchased a few licenses.

We have css loading issue reported by their IT person. The style.min.css is causing issue and causes very slow loading on Safari and Chrome. We need to check if style.min.css belongs to Enfold theme.Please also provide the manual of how to create token for theme update. We are not sure how to add the token to this site.

Have you tried checking it on a different network or connection? The stylesheets or the css files load a lot faster on our end as shown in the screenshot below. (see private field)
If the issue persists on your end, try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and follow the steps in the following articles to further optimize the site. You should also check and test the site on different browsers.

We did the test in the Philippines, very close to Singapore. Where is the server located? And why are there multiple copies of the style.min.css file?
Please try to disable the plugins temporarily, then ask your client to test the site again. Make sure to ask them to purge the cache, remove the browser history or do a hard refresh.
