We update the wordpress and the theme and it appear a box on the top of the page before the avia editor… please could you help?

That problem has been solved in the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.3), please try updating to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
