    Hi

On a few pages on my website we have letters appearing on the live site that are nowhere to be found in the text editor (neither in the “visual” or “text” tabs).

Any ideas how to fix this?

I.e. at the page below (in the private content) I want to remove the letter å from the title “saturday 6 april å10:30-13:30”

Also, I just wanted to check my other query, here, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/change-order-of-blog-posts/ has not been missed?

Any help with these two issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Tarakbc,
I don’t see the “a” in the date, is this the element you are referring to?

As for your other post it looks like “Basilis” is assisting and has a followup question.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Thanks very much for your reply.

I’m sorry, this is the link correct link: https://mediteraistockholm.se/9101-2/

There is an “å” just before the time, i.e.
    saturday 6 april å10:30-13:30

It is this å I want to get rid of. However, perhaps it is only showing up in my browser?

When I pasted this date and time with the å into this message, the å disappeared… strange. So I added it in manually to show you how it looks like for me.

    Hi,
I have tested your page on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE11 on Windows, and Safari on Mac and the error doesn’t show for me:
    2019-01-05-083836
I believe the issue is that in the source code of the page there is a non-braking space character:
    2019-01-05-085450
and with some languages not using UTF-8 it can show as the foreign A: please this post
But on your page you do have the:

    <meta charset="UTF-8">

that would be the solution here.

Are you adding the date and time manually in a text block element? Are you pasting it in or typing it?
Try editing the text block element in “text mode and removing the code:
    2019-01-05-091423

The only other thing I can think of is that has to do with your language settings on your computer,
    what browser are you using?
what computer are you using? (Mac / Windows)
what is the language of your system and browser?

    Best regards,
    Mike
