Is there anything I can do to stop the title text on images popping up on hover? I did find another thread with some changes to the CSS but I got a very scary warning when I tried to add the code so thought I’d ask again in case there’s a simpler solution now as it was a thread from some time ago sign in info in private box below, if you can fix it please do

    Thanks

    Sam

FYI I tried putting in the code on this support post

but it failed and I get this message
Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi samdive,

Looks like you will need to add the code via FTP.

I don’t have FTP access – can I put anything in the quick CSS to help?

    Hi samdive,

This cannot be done with css, as the little tooltips are a built-in browser mechanism.

It can be that the hosting provider or some plugin on your end does not allow you to edit files from the WordPress interface, please check.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
