    Hi,
    I installed Enfold on a WordPress site and i imported the “Startup Business Demo”. I started working on the site but when I update the pages, it deletes already existing parts of the site without any sense. This make me impossible to work. Could be related to the demo or it’s something else?

    Hey IreneRND,

    You likely have open html markup in your content. Please post admin login details in private and point out where it’s happening so that we can have a closer look.

    Thank You. I’m writing from an account which is not the correspondent one for the enfold purchase of this website because this one was bought by the people I’m working for. Have I to write the problem logging with their credentianls and their purchase code or I can use my own account?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, it doesn’t matter who purchased the license. We only need to access to the WordPress installation, could you create user for us or post existing details in private so that we can access your site please?

    Ok. In the meantime I changed the demo and it seems to work in the right way. Anyway if you could check it would be great. The problem was in the home page.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, though if the problem is not happening anymore then I’m guessing there is no way to reproduce it? I would suggest that you keep on creating your site and you can get back to us if you should have any more problems.
