    Hi,
    I’ve just started with the Start-up Business demo. I’ve put a video in the colour section of the header, as the original demo has but, as it won’t play automatically on tablets or phones, I need to put in a background image too, for them.
    I found out how to do that, but the image doesn’t cover the whole area – just one corner of it. Can you tell me how to make the image cover the whole header area without distorting please? Do I have to upload one of a specific size?

    Hi Ann,

    Autoplay videos are disable on mobile devices. Could you post a link to where we can see the fallback image not working please?

    Hi Ann,

    Thanks for that, I can see the fallback image looking a bit strange there on my end too. Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    You need to put the background image to be set as cover.
