    Dear support team,

    I just set up our new Enfold-based website and I was surprised to find out that “Spotify” was not among the social icons. Could you please give me a step by step instruction on how to do this? I found some older threads on this but they didn’t help unfortunately.

    Hey themidnightshower,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We can use the avf_default_icons and the avf_social_icons_options filters in order to add a new icon in the existing list, but you may need to upload your own spotify icon if the icon is not available in fontello. For more info, please check the following documentation.

    Hello Ismael,

    Thanks very much for the reply. Yes, I already found and downloaded the Fontello zip but I’m unfortunately unable to import it, I get this:
    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond”
    Also, I read some other threads where people had trouble getting the same social button behaviour ie. mouse hovering with color.
    Could you please have a look (I put the logins in the private field), I don’t have the knowledge to make all this work, I would be eternally grateful? :) This is the hover-color for Spotify: Hex color: #1DB954, RGB: 30 215 96

    You need to have the PHP ZipArchive Extension enabled on the server.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I just installed the PHP ZipArchive Extension in cPanel (see screeshot in the private field). I’m unfortunately still unable to import the Fontello zip for some reason. Could you please have a look as well?

    Hello Victoria,

    Sorry, I just realized that I had to manually enable it after installation. I could import the Fontello now. I’ll try to add the social button based on the threads and see if I can make it. If not, I would text again.

    Hello Victoria,

    I inserted the code to the custom CSS field but nothing happened unfortunately. Could you please help me out with logging in and setting it up in the backend like with some previous users with the same problem? Also can you double-check that the icon has the same behaviour as the others (cursor-hovering changes background color)?
    There was this thread about this (I also tried these codes without success).

    I added the code in the functions.php for you, but the code will be lost with the next theme update. So you need to add a child theme and move the code there.
