Hi there,
In the advanced editor I get the spinning wheel and have tried everything you recomnend. Nothing is helping!Please help asap – I need to make a change to the site that is very time sensitive but can’t because I can’t get access to the editor.

Thanks for providing the admin access, I have checked it but it loads properly on my end. Screenshot in private content.

July 18, 2017 at 5:10 am #823072Hi,
Thanks I tried the homepage and I’m getting a js error:
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
Can you give us permission to deactivate any plugins (just for few minutes to check if they are causing the issue) and also ftp access? so we can try to debug it.
Best regards,

July 19, 2017 at 4:39 am #823620Hi,
Sorry for the late response, I have checked it and the only error/notice I get is from ninja forms recaptcha. The spinning wheel seems to appear when there is a Text Block but I still couldn’t figure out why (have created a test page with only text block, link in private content). I have enabled avia layout debug: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ which shows the shortcode used.
Your site is protected by sucuri and error in the js console is 403 which is a permission issue, can you try to disable any caching or security settings and then check after several minutes since it would take some time for it to take effect. I think adjusting the security settings would help fix the issue.

Sure, glad the spinning wheel issue is fixed :) As for google map, I tried logging in but doesn’t work on my end, I tried to manually change the single quote but it doesn’t work also, I’m not sure if the characters are the issue.

Thanks for providing the access, it’s fixed now, I noticed this action hook was added in functions.php:
add_action('init', 'ava_googlemaps_apikey');
I have commented it and it’s now working properly :)

Can you please deactivate Wordfence and see if the issue remains?
Also, you have 2 different key for Google maps. One in theme options and the other in the functions.php, you need to remove one.
Best regards,
