    Good morning, I have a problem. When I create a page and try to insert the “Special Title” module, it is inserted but, it doesn’t allow me to modify the text: “Hi” by default. If I try to edit it, the edit tab opens but it is white. Until May 27 it worked. On the 28th I updated the theme. Can it depend on that? …Thanks so much.

    Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I checked a few of you pages but I couldn’t find any Special Heading elements. On which page can we see and reproduce the problem? Also please update WordPress and the theme to the latest versions to see if that helps: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi lubrandi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.
