Some options in the colour section not to be found

Hi there,
since the update, I cannot find some options for having pictures as a background in a colour section.
I can’t find the “Overlay” option or the different types of background attachment i.e. fixed or parallax. Where did you move it? Or did you take it out of the theme completely?
