    Dear Enfold-Team,

    I am noticing a weird behavior in the backend:
    – in developer tools the field for custom css-class appears twice
    – the same happens in the custom element template with the “custom element” button

    I have attached links to screenshots below.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Also strange is when I’m saving an element as new custom element the button says “delete” instead of “save”. Link to screenshot also below.

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try activating the parent theme, to see if the problem is coming from your child theme.

    Hi Rikard,

    thanks for your reply. Unfortunately none of the above has helped. Theme is updatetd and also when I switch to the parent theme the strange behavior still oocurs. I have also opened the backend from another browser without any luck.

    Any idea?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I can reproduce this when I switch to German as the installation language on a test installation. We’ll check the labels in the German translation files.

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for reporting the issue!

    Apparently those strings are wrongly translated or duplicated. We are going to fix those strings and include them in upcoming version.

    If you would like to fix them on your installation, please use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and fix the translations of the elements. I attached screenshots from original English version in private content field below :)
