    Hi,

    If you need help installing the theme then please post working WordPress login details, the ones you posted previously are not working. Also include FTP login details in case we should have to install the theme manually.

    Also, interesting observation–space is maintained when typing content in a different app (Notes, Pages, etc.) and then importing (via copy/paste) to bugged-out field.

    Hi KQed0428,

    I see that you’re running the version where the issue is solved, we did not try to overwrite the files as the theme is updated. It really is weird.

    I wanted to check the website today again, but the password did not work. Can you please share the password with us again?

    Hi KQed0428,

    Can you please change to the parent theme and see if the issue persists?

    Also, please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    If that does not help, please share the FTP access.

    Hi again, Victoria.

    Well, it’s one of my plugins.

    I switched to the parent theme and the issue was still present. I turned off all of my themes at the same time to see if anything changed, and sure enough, the issue went away. All I need to do now is what you suggested and go through each one to figure out the culprit.

    Found the culprit. Looks like it was the WooCommerce Services plugin.
