    Hello,

I have run into a bit of an issue and cannot figure out if it’s a simple bug or if I have changed something inadvertently.

Typically, when I publish a new post and set all of the social metadata for both Facebook and Twitter, it works as far as picture and description goes. This is very helpful when scheduling out or social media posts. However, my most recent 2 posts have run into a bit of an issue where I am essentially getting a blank field. No image appears, the title is missing and so on.

Thank you in advance for any help!

    Best,

    Neil

    Hey npmcgrew,

Did you use the Layout Builder to create your posts? If so, please try saving them when the default editor is active to see if that brings back the items you are missing.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I have always used the ALB as it is the single best feature with Enfold in my opinion. I have always saved and published posts using the ALB and have never had this issue until my most recent two posts.

For my purporses (driving traffic and capturing customer info), the default editor does not offer what I am looking for.

Now, I am currently in the process of converting everything I have done to a child theme and then I will update to the newest version of Enfold. In your opinion, could working off of the slightly dated theme be causing this?

    Hi,

It could be because of an old version, but it looks like you are running the latest version now at least? If you should have any further problems then please link to an example where it’s working and one where it’s not so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
