Hi,

After updating the Enfold theme the site is slow and I have an incompatibility with one of the important premium plugin named LatePoint.
You have the credentials in the private message. Please take a look as i need a help with the website.
In the query monitor (which is installed) you can see some issues highlighted.

Hey bsoryn,

Thank you for using Enfold.

How did you test the site speed? You can actually ignore the “Missing Dependencies” error because it’s not critical and should not affect the site speed. The error occurs because the scripts are looking for the avia_modal.js file, which is only loaded when you’re editing a post or page using the advance layout builder (ALB). You can confirm that by editing one the pages using the ALB.

Hi,

We are getting a lot of 508 http error code from that plugin, probably causing the wp-admin to fail.
Can you access the LatePoint panel when you activate a different theme?
Have you reached out to the plugin developer regarding this issue?

I don’t see any slow queries the last time I checked, only missing dependencies which should not affect the site in any way.

Did you remove the account above? We can’t access the site anymore.

The site score is 62 which is not bad but not great either. You have to follow the recommendations or optimization opportunities listed in the tool. These articles should help.
