    Hello,

    I’ve run some tests on my sites speed and I am getting very low scores. I use WP Engine and they noticed the following:

    The Avia layout builder is auto loading a lot of data on each and every page and it is causing MAJOR performance issues. The name of the option that is causing the most issues is aviaasset_css_filecontent.

    The second is aviaasset_js_filecontent

    and the third is avia_options_enfold

    Any ideas on how to rectify this?

    Hi hylandgraphics,

    What are you using to test your site speed?
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi hylandgraphics,

    Does your site/server have restriction on some countries? I have tried to login and it worked however when it was redirected to wp-admin, this shows up (and just white screen):

    What country are you logging in from?

    Hi hylandgraphics,

    I tried to check again but I’m getting this error now:

    Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.

    I have checked your site using gtmetrix and it seems that everything is loading pretty fast except for fonts.
