    Hi,
i’m using WP staging with Enfold theme and all the slider options available are not showing the images, even if in the backend all the images are uploaded.
Can you pls tell me where is the problem?

    Many thanks

    Hi capoleader,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Thanks Nikko, I put in private section your request.
In addition I cannot add the CTA bottom in the slider.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try deactivating all plugins, to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
I solve the problem, there was a plug in that create a conflict.
But as this plug in (pop up campaign) I need to use how can I solve this conflict in production?

    Thanks for your support

    Hi Capoleader,

Our support is limited when it comes to solving problem caused by third party plugins unfortunately, maybe you could try looking for an alternative?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
