Site not saving changes

Hello guys,
It is a few days I am having an issue with saving changes.

I have 3 sites, 2 translated with WPML. Italian is the base language.

Spanish: This is the code I have in the CSS but does not work at all. I keep seeing the blue bar: https://www.screencast.com/t/fglx6nM14g
Code used: Same code used on the other 2 languages but it does not work only for spanish.

I have restored the website to previous backup, eliminating the below issues.
I would like guys to ask you what the best procedure to change the domain from ninfreeservice.co.uk to a new one in order to prevent that the issues before mentioned happen.

here the other issues, I believe all correlated.

1) The website where I get most of the errors is the english website liveinlondon.uk previously named ninfreeservice.co.uk (the issues started after replacing the domain, yesterday)
2) Now, whenever I do a change on the content, see the home page, this change will be not visible on the front page. It means changes do not have effect.
3) I created a page called Siteground test. This page http://www.liveinlondon.uk/test will redirect to http://www.liveinlondon.uk/testimonials
4) the page about taxes called Apply for UK tax refund does not show any content on front page. ERROR nothing found.

Now, I did not check other pages therefore I do not know if I am getting other errors. But for now I think it is enough to help you to try to identify the issue.
