Site not loading; elements not displaying

Hi,

I seem to be having a lot of issues using this theme, which I have not had with the many other WP themes I have used.

Currently, the major issue is it refuses to load. Before that it always had an extremely slow loading time. There was no problem with loading with the previous theme, so I don’t think it’s a problem on our end.

Also, most of the media elements do not display no matter what browser I use, and no matter whether I am logged in or not. For example, I have tried inserting multiple slider types,a masonry gallery, and a horizontal gallery; none of them display at all. The only media element that works is the advanced slider. Other issues include being intermittently unable to drag and drop elements, and other elements (even in demo pages) not showing up.

Note, I am not the ultimate admin, as this is one of many lab pages being hosted by our IT department. Does this theme not work fully with multi-sites?
