    Hi

    A third party developer built our website using your Enfold Theme. so I don’t have anything that let’s me register for your site.

    Since the last update, the loading has slowed.

    In addition, the above the fold images on desktop including slider and portfolio load last. I would rather see these load first. Can you address this in an update? Not just lazy loading, but getting the code to have all the above the fold elements load first?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The site still contains an older version of the theme, which is no longer compatible with the latest version of WordPress. You will have update the theme to version 4.9 to fix any compatibility issues and get the latest features. If you don’t have access to the license, you may need create a new account on Themeforest and unfortunately, you may need to purchase another license in order to download the theme and register it.
