    Hi there,

    we just discovered that our site http://www.neue-wege.org isn’t displayed responsive on smartphones and Tablets like it used to be…
    When you reduce the browsers window size on the Desktop Computer, the site still reacts responsive…
    We didn’t change any settings and we just updated the theme and all plugins but still…
    I will put a screenshot from the iphone in the wordpress Backup media.

    Hey LorbeerDesign,

    Responsive layout works fine on your staging site on my end. Can you please create a temporary admin logins of your production site and post them here privately so we can look into it?
    Also, please let us know if we can de-activate all active plugins for testing purposes

    Hi Yigit,

    We have disabled all plugins and tested it. The problem is still there.
    What could it be?

    You can find admin-login in the private textbox.

    Wi have a redirect in the domain. Could it be the problem?

    thank you for your help.
    Here are some screenshots of the site.

    On all computer browsers everything looks great. Only on the smartphone is it not responive. As already written we have set up a redirection of the domain. Is it perhaps because of it?

    Yes, it’s because of the redirection. Please remove the site from the frame.
