    Hello –
    I’m having the same issue as many others that the theme update has obliterated my custom footer. I have tried to apply the customizations to the new footer file and I just can’t get it to work – please help.

    The current site running the old version of the theme is here:

    The staging site with the updated theme is here:

    I have tried several times to create a new footer file with both elements and it’s just not working. Credentials below in private area for both live and staging site. Thank you!

    Thanks for the login details. Please include FTP login details in private as well, otherwise we can’t change any files for you.

    do you have a child-theme header.php ?
    there are a lot of new entries in that file – which also include settings for the footer.
