    Hi Support Team,

    I have been trying to improve the speed of my website but it has generated a significant issue with the mobile formatting. I had a few other issues which I resolved previously but this mobile formatting issue has occurred a number of days after the website was ‘tuned.

    I have disabled all the plugins which were recently installed and this hasn’t resolved the issue. I then restored my website from backup (from a back up prior to new plugin installations) and again, this hasn’t resolved the issue.

    The issue is that the website is not displaying correctly on mobile devices. It’s almost as if the CSS document is not loading as everything is out of place and overlapping. However, it works without issue on a desktop device.

    I would be very grateful if someone could have a look.

    Hey Timothy,

    I had a look at your mobile site but I couldn’t see anything obviously wrong with it, are you sure that you are not getting cached results on your local device? You can check by loading the site in an incognito window. If that is not the case then please post screenshots of what you are seeing on your end, and in which browser and devices it’s happening on.

    Hi Rikard,

    I tweaked the Performance settings in theme options and this seems to have fixed it.
