    hi,
    Force shipping to the customer billing address is enabled. i want to integrate google survey opt-in on order received thank you page. but when i see browser console that says Error: delivery_country cannot be empty!this error message coming from google. so how can i show shipping address as well along with billing address which is used as same shipping address by enabling Force shipping to the customer billing address. https://prnt.sc/qosaks

    I tried to reproduce the issue on my local installation however i was not able to. Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it?

    Hi, yigit, please don’t reset the settings because that product website. Well, this is something related about geography. But that is not my issue. My issue is just I want to see both shipping and billing address together with country on thankyou page. Remember force shipping to default billing address will be enabled.

    I understand. Since we could not reproduce the issue on our local installations, i am not really sure how to solve this. I have not seen such error before. Could you please try contacting WooCommerce team and ask if they have any insight or how to fix it?

    Ahh.. I am sure you didn’t understand my concern. My concern is not any error. I just want to show both shipping and billing address on Thank you page. Let me drive you to exact issue. Go to your demo woocommcer setting and enable force shipping to billing address in shipping setting. Then come to enfold demo and order anything and see the Thank you page. Are you able to see both billing and shipping address together even in demo? 😊

    Hi,

    Please download pre-built Enfold child theme here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/ and install it on your website. Please make sure to update theme name as you have modified theme name in parent theme. Child theme name should match parent theme name.

    Then create /woocommerce/order/ folders inside “enfold-child” folder and inside that folder create a file named “order-details-customer.php” with content – https://pastebin.com/S7Yzap1N and save.

    That should display shipping field even when Force shipping to the customer billing address is enabled which is hidden by default :)

    Hi yigit, i implemented the codes as you suggested but output is not coming. in shipping address section it is saying N/A. While same address should pull as the billing address in shipping section as well. and address formatting is not correct. I wanted full state name and country name as well but it billing address formatting short form of the state and country name is missing. i have attached the output screenshot in private.

    Hi,

    Please try replacing the file with this one – https://pastebin.com/G4hdLnAP. This should basically echo billing adress with “shipping address” title.

    If that too does not help, please consider to hire a freelance developer for the task. As i mentioned, this is expected behaviour when you choose “Force shipping to the customer billing address” option.

    Hi yigit, that is working but country is missing and state name is in abbreviated form. i wanted country to be there and full state name.

    All the info in billing address should be duplicated in shipping address except for the title.

    For further customization please hire a freelance developer.
