Shortcodes – Missing elements?

Hey so i was looking over the forums to see if i can find a solution to a problem i’m having and in doing so i came across a post that is about a year or so old and in it there is a screenshot http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg that shows the shortcodes if you don’t want to use the awesome layout builder.

So it looked a bit long to me and i checked mine and low n behold i don’t have nearly as much options as shown in the previous screen shot http://i.imgur.com/ExuvSoN.jpg

granted there have been many updates since the 1st screenshot but say if i wanted the logo/partner shortcode in a widget, how can i go about finding this if i can’t find it in my default editor?
