    I’m trying to use the shortcode from the “Custom Facebook Feed” plugin. I’m new to using shortcodes so not sure if this is user error or a larger issue. I tried placing the shortcode which is [custom-facebook-feed] into a text widget. When that didn’t work, I did some reading and found out that’s to be expected. Next, I tried creating a new text block for a page and adding the shortcode into the HTML. This didn’t work either. Any suggestions you can provide would be much appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Alexa!

    You need to add the shortcode on the Visual mode of the editor.

    Hi Ismael. I tried adding it via the visual editor too. I simply pasted [custom-facebook-feed] into the field and saved the changes, but it still doesn’t show anything when I check the site.
