July 15, 2021 at 5:15 pm #1310310Hi RegardezPasse,
Thanks for giving us access.
It seems it does not work if you’re not logged in and the gdpr box is not accepted by the visitor.
Once you click on the accept button for gdpr, it will work properly.
I’m just not sure if some of the plugins may have some effect on this but can you try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce? if it works properly then try to enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.Best regards,

I talked to the costumer who had problems with our sho and he assured me that he accepted the gdpr.
Might there be another explanation?
RegardsJuly 17, 2021 at 2:58 am #1310440Hi RegardezPasse,
Here are the steps I did, where I was able to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to one of the products using Chrome in Incognito mode and don’t accept the gdpr box.
2. Add a product to the cart and notice shopping cart icon doesn’t show a number on top of it which indicates that nothing is really added to the cart even though in the cart page it shows the item you just added (just refresh the page and you’ll see there’s none). Then repeat the same steps except this time accept the gdpr box and you’ll see it working properly.
I think it’s some plugin conflict and even though we want to further investigate the issue however we respect that your site is live and we don’t want to mess up the experience of your visitors during troubleshooting, can you setup a staging site for us? so we can investigate on this further (basically it’s just a duplicate of your live site placed on your subdomain), here’s an article that will help set it up: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,
NikkoJuly 20, 2021 at 1:42 pm #1310882Hey Nikko,
I just created a staging site with the WP staging Plugin.
You can see my login in my previous message.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help me!

Thanks, I have checked the staging site and it works properly.
Can you also put in private content which user account has the issue?Best regards,
