    Hi,

I set up my own Error 404 Page and selected it in the theme options section. It was working fine until today. I entered a non-existent URL for my site the 404 page does not appear instead it’s pulling up content from a post I created. The content it is showing does not look right. It is not formatted the same as the post. I test this in several browsers and had the same issue (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari) How do I fix this?

    Thanks,

    Kristina

    Hey kpeltierWT,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,

    Hi Victoria,

Yes, you can access my site via the login info below. The Error 404 page is no longer using any page content. The body of the page is missing. It is just showing the header with the footer content directly underneath.

    Thank you,

    Kristina

It’s still not working on my end. The 404 page does not come up. Instead, I see the header and footer but no body content.

    Hi Kristina,

Please disable all caching plugins and see if the page shows up.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
