Hello,
When I hide objects for mobile, is is still loading in background but just hiding?
My Page Speed Check for mobile is really bad, even tough I have a very small website with nothing special going on there..
Perhaps this is making the performance so bad..Cheers

Yes, the elements will still exist in the page but the theme will hide them or prevent them from displaying using css and css media queries. Have you tried optimizing the site to improve the loading speed?
