Hi, I am using the Section ID to create hotspots throughout my website. While it works well on the desktop version, it does not work at all on the mobile one (iOS > Safari). Can you please take a look?

VictoriaOctober 17, 2018 at 2:55 am #1022477Hi Victoria – thank you for taking the time to respond. I really should do a better job at describing myself. When I load the site on my iPhone (or even the Chrome emulator for that matter), the page anchors that I have linked to don’t function. For example, I added the #contactus as a link within the page, but the Contact Us buttons won’t take it to the contact us section that is labelled by the anchor tag. It works fine on a laptop/desktop browser but not on mobile.

October 22, 2018 at 3:40 pm #1024917Hi,
I can’t access the hotspots even on desktop view. It just blinks. Did you modify the element? Please upgrade the theme to version 4.5.

The anchors are working properly on mobile mode. Where are you testing it?

IsmaelOctober 27, 2018 at 2:56 pm #1027034Hi Ismael – if you run this website in the iOS SAFARI and try to click on any of the GET RUBITRACKS now buttons located throughout the page, it does not take you to the contact us section.
